Posted on August 17, 2012

Yesterday, August 16, 2012, marked the 35th anniversary of the death of the King of Rock 'n' Roll himself, Elvis Presley. On this historic day, 1600 attendees of the Newcastle Gaming Center remembered the legend in a way that would make Elvis proud: by dancing and singing along to some of the greatest Elvis tunes ever recorded, sung by none other than Travis LeDoyt!

Spending this "One Night" with Travis LeDoyt got many fans at Newcastle "All Shook Up" to the point that they could barely contain their "Burning Love" for him. Watching LeDoyt, you really "Can't Help Falling in Love." In all seriousness, Ledoyt put on a great show that really did Elvis justice, and had people of all ages moving. One Box Talent intern even noted his surprise from seeing a pre-teen singing and dancing along to every song. When Travis was not on stage wowing the crowd, he made sure to say hello to some of the fans that showed up to see him.
