A contemporary country/rock band from Edmond, Oklahoma, the Mills Band brings together an eclectic group of talented musicians, providing a high energy performance and offering audiences sincere, original songwriting and stellar vocals backed by formidable instrumentalists. Fronted by brother/sister vocalist duo Jordan and Eva, the Mills Band features players with backgrounds in hardrock, punk, metal, and classical music. These artists have forged their own unique sonic identity, adding their distinct element to a vast repertoire of cover songs, as well as shaping rocking originals. Existing in the blur between country and rock music, the Mills Band sound is a gritty, barbed wire twang. Reforming after an interim of inactivity, the Mills Band welcomes back the powerhouse guitar combination of Kyler J. Watson and Sean Spears, drummer Ty Coon and new addition Brodee Nucci on bass. Veterans of multiple professional music projects, these players provide the electrically charged sonic landscape that Jordan and Eva sing over so strikingly. Returning to the stage with a batch of original songs currently being recorded, the Mills Band is rolling head first into a bright future in the country music scene. Collectively, their aspiration is to invite people from all walks of life to come together and enjoy country music, regardless of existing tastes. They believe that country is more than a mere genre of music; it’s an entire lifestyle that they have all embraced. The Mills Band performs for three reasons only: Good times, great music, and great people.
