Big Mouth Floors Crowd at Sambuca 360

Posted on September 27, 2011

When Big Mouth took center stage this weekend at Sambuca 360, bar-goers quickly bustled to the dance floor, as the band performed a variety of pop hits with precision, gusto and energy.big_mouth_pic_1.jpg

Song-by-song the environment seemed to liven, and within minutes the buzz in the bar was undeniable.  Everyone; younger, older, good dancers and… not-so-good dancers, began thriving on the music.  Big Mouth riveted their audience with a combination of both age-old rock classics like; KC & The Sunshine Band’s ‘Boogie Shoes’ and more contemporary hits like Lady Gaga’s ‘Just Dance.’

The band’s versatility proved perfect for the venue, as they seamlessly bridged a rather noticeable age-gap.  Most impressive, was Big Mouth’s unique ability to recreate rock versions of hip-hop hits like, Kanye West’s “Gold Digger,” and LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem” with spot-on cadence, tempo and rhythm.

The band kept momentum throughout the entire night and managed to limit breaks in between sets - which, not only proved their dedication to their craft, but more importantly showed the band’s commitment to their fans and followers.
